The Empty Spaces 02 is one of the beautiful art prints from the Empty Spaces series by Børge Bredenbekk for Paper Collective. It is the light version in this series and contains a simple use of colour. By applying these colours in different thicknesses and widths, an interesting whole is created.

Empty Spaces

Empty Spaces 02 is intended as soothing and yet interesting to look at by offering patterns and colour harmonies. The series Empty Spaces (= empty spaces) is meant to dream away, relax in and consists of geometric abstractions of modern architecture. Inspiration was found in both architectural blueprints (patterns and lines) and classical geometric art (bold forms of colour). The poster is supplied without a frame.

Sustainable production

200 g of uncoated, FSC-certified, acid-free paper was used for the posters. Paper Collective is a sustainable company that produces locally in Denmark with only high-quality FSC certified material and under the Swan mark, the Swan ecolabel is the official sustainability label for the Scandinavian countries.

Børge Bredenbekk

Norwegian illustrator Børge Bredenbekk has studied art and design in England and has since worked for major clients in Europe and North America with assignments for graphic design and illustrations. Børge Bredenbekk’s work combines beautiful technical skills with a keen eye for storytelling and graphic expression

Charity

When purchasing a Paper Collective poster, you also contribute to a good cause. Paper Collective selects a charity every year. You are currently contributing to the construction of a school in Nepal for hundreds of children, this is currently being built.
