Made in: Europe – Latvia in Klippan's own factory

Material: 50% recycled merino wool and 50% new merino wool.

Klippan plaid - 50% recycled merino wool

At the Klippan factory, they work hard to keep their waste to a minimum. As part of this strategy, they have developed wool throws that are made from 50% recycled wool. They collect fibers that fall out during the production process and reuse them.

Maintenance

Wool has an excellent natural dirt repellency, so it does not need to be cleaned often. The wool cleans itself and is dirt repellent because the dirt stays on the surface due to the natural oils in the wool. A good care tip is to let it air outside when the air is humid but of course not raining. If you do need to clean the blanket / plaid, carefully follow the instructions on the product
