Kay Bojesen Lovebirds 1 pair oak/smoked oak

Product description

This Lovebirds from Kay Bojesen is the perfect gift that will last a lifetime. These lovebirds only have eyes for each other when they stand there from beak to beak.

The Lovebirds are very decorative on a desk, windowsill or in an open cupboard and are a beautiful representation of love. This couple in love is a perfect gift idea for weddings and any fan of Danish design.

The wooden birds are made of untreated oak wood and untreated smoked oak. The head of the bird can be rotated and even removed, so that you can exchange the heads and get a different color combination. The Lovebirds are each 9cm high, 9.5cm wide and 5cm deep.

Kay Bojesen – Birds / Birds series

The Birds series is a collection of songbirds with unique names in a wide variety of playful colors. All birds in the Birds series are designed based on Kay Bojesen's original drawings from the 1950s and produced from FSC®-certified wood, which ensures that the trees have been planted, grown and felled responsibly. Kay Bojesen designed from his soul, humor and a twinkle in his eye and looked at the world from a child's perspective while creating new stories in wood. There had to be room for one's own imagination around the figures and the simple form language, bright colors and friendly expressions have become his signature.
