Studio Arhoj Familia Oni 2

NIEUW
Product description

Familia is a series of figures by Studio Arhoj based on the idea of the Japanese Shinto religion, where they believe that everything in nature has a soul. They are a kind of distant family of the Ghost (which you can also find in the shop).

Each item is handmade using a very time consuming and intricate technique, which they spent years developing this technique. They are made of solid, heavy white porcelain.

Each item is then glazed and brought to life by giving it a pair of eyes. Each item is unique in its expression and glaze.

Studio Arhoj - Familia - each Familia is unique.

Familia consists of a diversity of figures that are between 6 and 13cm tall. Each item is unique in the shop and cannot be reordered after it has been sold. All items are the same price regardless of size, shape or color because they have gone through the same process and each item is worth the same. They are made in Portugal and then finished; glazed, decorated and fired in their studio in Copenhagen.

Important: We have done our best to represent all Familia figures as real as possible in terms of color. But this is always difficult in combination with the fact that the display on every medium (laptop, mobile) can also be slightly different. This is a given and therefore see the photos as indicative, to which no (return) rights are granted.

NOTE: In the shop you will find a selection of Familia figures, this selection is made by Studio Arhoj itself when shipping. It is therefore not possible to order a specific item or a second copy.
