Dottir Vase Pipanella Lines Dusty Rose (Small)

A Pipanella vase by Dottir Nordic design, with a beautiful Dusty Rose shade. Designed by Ceramicist Thora Finnsdottir. A twig or a number of wild flowers fits very nicely in this nice vase with a lines pattern, but this vase is also very beautiful and decorative without flowers. The vase has a round shape with a beautiful relief.

Handmade

The Pipanella series is a special series, in which the designer starts her design with a thin slab of clay, there she rolls or pushes another object, so that the pattern of that object is transferred to the slab of clay. Then she folds the ends lightly over each other, forming a vase. A bottom is added and as icing on the cake a beautiful ornament on the front. The ornament is a print of, for example, a beautiful button she has. After the vase is completely ready, a mold is made of the vase.

When the vases come out of the mold, they are touched up manually and finally glazed and fired.

Ceramic vase

The vase is very suitable for a few beautiful flowers or twigs. You can place the vase on its own, but also in combination with some other vases from the Pipanella series. The vases within the Pipanella series have different sizes, reliefs and colours. Not every vase is available in every color or size, which invites you to combine very different vases with each other.
