AYA & IDA Spork of Bamboo

Product description

This spork from Aya & Ida is both a fork and spoon in one. Super handy for on the go. The spork is made of sustainable bamboo, a material that grows very quickly - without having to use a lot of water. Bamboo does not need fertilizers or pesticides to grow so strongly, which also makes it a very sustainable material.

Bamboo can be harvested several times a year and absorbs large amounts of CO2 during its life. Bamboo is both stronger and lighter than wood.

Care of your bamboo spork - Avoid washing your spork in the dishwasher. As a result, the bamboo wears out enormously and shortens its lifespan. Hand wash the spork with a little mild detergent.

The spork benefits from a little oil in between, just use the oil you have in your kitchen, such as olive oil, rapeseed oil, etc.

Aya & Ida

Aya & Ida is a Danish family business founded in 2018. Aya & Ida are the names of their two daughters. The whole idea behind Aya & Ida is to think about your loved ones and the opportunities or limitations that will be present for the next generations if we continue to consume carelessly.
They believe that a more responsible lifestyle benefits everyone and everything. From neighbors and friends to the land and resources. All we need are the right products.
They combine design, functionality and elegance in products that are all associated with a mission - to relieve the earth of the excessive amount of plastic waste, while wanting to make a difference for the people who don't have the same opportunities as they do.
